Servora Privacy Statement

This privacy statement covers www.servora.com and the following related web sites owned and operated by Servora. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

Links to Other Sites. Some of our web sites contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Servora. Please be aware that this Privacy Statement applies only to personal information collected by Servora on its web sites. Servora is not responsible for the privacy practices of third party web sites, and we do not endorse or make any representations about these third party sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave a Servora web site and to read the privacy statements of every web site that collects personal information.

Collected Information
In order to better serve our customers and those interested in our products and services, Servora may collect personal and non-personal information through our web sites. The submission of personal information, however, is voluntary.

Servora's web sites are designed to allow you to visit them anonymously to learn about the company, our products, services and many of our customer success stories without disclosing personal information. If you request certain information or items, however, like a product demonstration, white paper, or request to use the services provided by Servora, we will ask you for personal information that allows us to respond effectively to your request. The information we request is your name, address, job title, company name, email address and phone number. Also, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our information, and serve you better, we may periodically use third party information to validate the company name and address information you provide us.

Servora uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@servora.com. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@servora.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.

Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Servora Subscription Agreement, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by Servora for marketing or promotional purposes. Servora uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Servora share user information with these parties.

Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). Servora will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Servora Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Servora may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Servora will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Servora does not store this information.

Cookies and other non-personal information
Cookies and other non-personal information. As is true of most web sites, we automatically gather certain non-personal information from visitors to our web sites and store that information in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information.

In addition, we use session ID cookies on our web sites. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use the encrypted information stored in these session cookies to identify you while you are logged in. You may navigate through our web sites if you have chosen to reject cookies in your browser settings, but cookie is required to use the Servora application or some services.

We use a third-party tracking service that uses cookies to track only non-personal information about visitors to our web sites. This service allows us to gather general web traffic patterns and behaviors, but users are not tracked individually and their personal information is not linked to the tracking results.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. Our site uses a number of generally accepted industry standard measures to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you.

The Security methods we use include encoded session identifications, dynamic data, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, Servora provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure; therefore, although Servora strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, it cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the unlikely event that individual personal information has been acquired, or is reasonably believed to have been acquired, by an unauthorized individual and applicable law requires notification, Servora will notify the affected customers of that breach. We will provide such notice promptly, although notification may be delayed if Servora or any law enforcement agency determines that notification would hinder an investigation.
